Mysterious audio drop-outs/glitches

My Question or Issue

Short audio dropout in certain song, at the same spot, again and again.

Song:
'Sweet Harmony' - The Beloved,
Error: a very short audio dropout/glitch @ ~0:37s

This happens repeatedly when streamed with Spotify (Premium) app on my desktop PC, Windows 10, connected with ethernetcable to router.

The exact same thing (same song, same glitch, same moment) happens also on my Samsung Galaxy A6 10.1 Tablet with the Spotify App (Android). On this tablet it happens while streaming the song 'live', but also while playing the 'downloaded' file in 'offline' mode on the same tablet.

Strangely, this glitch does NOT occur when I use Spotify WEB on my Windows desktop-PC, and also not while streaming the same song on my Samsung Android Phone (Galaxy A5 2016) and also NOT on my iPad (iOS 11.4.1. - 6th Gen).

I'm clueless here... anybody any ideas about what could be the cause of this drop-out?

Spotify has three versions of the same song and I didn't have any problems with one from the album called 'Single File'.
