No Internet connection on Windows, for real this time, please

Starting to be very frustrated on this No connection error while my internet connection is fully up and running. Only appearing on one windows desktop.

Windows firewall setings checked, Spotify installed many times again, logged out and again in. May work sometimes, usually not working. Months of struggling with this, Spotify please do something and do not just let the community to try to solve these problems alone.
