No audio on my PC

I've been listening to Spotify for about a month on my PC. I haven't come across any problems until today. I can start a song, and it'll show that it is playing, but no audio will come through my speakers.  I've tried checking to see if it's muted in my volume mixer, but that isn't the issue.  Normally the green bar of audio would be moving to show that there is music playing, but there isn't any audio registered as coming through.  I've tried restarting my computer, restarting spotify, turning off hardware acceleration, even uninstalling and reinstalling spotify.  None of these have worked. Any other tips for getting my music to play again?
