No playback after restarting router

I have just restarted my router and since then Spotify won't playback any songs, show my playlists and takes ages to even load the starting page.
I have the same issue with my PC as well as my phone, but when I change to mobile data, Spotify works as intended.
All the other streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc. also work normally, so it is just an issue with Spotify.

Just to be on the safe side, have you tried with restarting the router once again and have you recently toggled any settings?

There are a few troubleshooting steps that we recommend testing:

• Check that your anti-virus software isn't blocking the permissions for the Spotify app on your computer (you may need to disable it for a bit).
• Check your router and make sure UPnP is enabled. If it already is, turn it off, then on again. 
• Check that your router allows Spotify in- and outbound, and that your firewall software allows Spotify in- and outbound.
• If possible, try it with a different WiFi network.
• Ask a family member or a relative to test this on their device(s) on your network as this will help us determine if it's an account-related issue.
