No song is playable anymore on Win10

Hi,

since today no song is playable anymore on Win10.

I have a premium account.

Already tried everything from help page concerning playback issues (https://support.spotify.com/de/using_spotify/troubleshooting/playback-issues/) but nothing helps.

That's lame for a premium service.

Hey @syrious3000

That's odd.

I suggest clean reinstall:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.

If you're running the Windows Store app, you'll need to uninstall it from Apps & Features. Check here for extra information.

It might be that some error happened in program files causing this issue.

I also just remembered Windows 10 installed updates recently and one of them caused audio driver issues (Spotify stopped playing). The solution in this case is reinstalling the audio driver.
Check out this Microsoft article on how to reinstall the driver.

Keep me in the loop. 🙂
