No sound and never-ending ads ("soundless interruptions")

My Question or Issue :

Recently, I always have an ad who doesn't play any sound and just let me stuck (I can't pass it or even replace it with any music...).                                                          

And now I always need to shut off Spotify and restart it... And that's the least funny thing also because it means I can just hear 1-2 short music before this ad comes 😞
