No windows tray icon for Spotify on Windows 21H1

As the title suggests, Spotify is longer longer appearing on the Windows system tray.

I also noticed the advanced option for this changed from:

"Close button should minimize the Spotify window to tray"

to

"Close button should minimize the Spotify window"

Is this an intended feature regression or a bug?

Having to use a third-party tool like RBTray is not ideal.
