Normal volume for 0,5 second and much lower volume after that

My Question or Issue

 Music starts at normal volume for 0,5 seconds. After that it turns down to significantly lower volume. Normal volume used to be 17, now 50 gives approximately same volume. And system sounds hurt my ears after that because those are not turned down and optimum level for those is 17.

Normalisation disabled, hw acceleration on and off does not affect.

Rolled back to previous Realtek driver and issue was solved.
