My Question or Issue

I have an Echo Dot 3 and a Xiaomi Redmi A3 phone, which i use to play Spotify when not using on the computer.

I have been using this service for over an year and always worked as expected... but today the interface has changed and i can't find any of my other devices through the PC app. It shows only "This Computer".

I've tried to restart the App, the Wi-Fi, the PC... same result.

Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the Spotify Connect about page?

You could switch to your phone by opening the Spotify app and Spotify should realize you're already listening on another device.

To play Spotify on your Echo, maybe try using the Alexa app. Does it need a Spotify skill? I haven't used an Alexa-enabled device in a long time, I don't know much about them.

This user says they have to give the command "Connect Spotify" in order for their Alexa-enabled device to show up in the Connect panel.
