Number of Ads in Wrong Language

My Question or Issue

 I'm getting the majority of ads in Spanish suddenly.  It seemed to begin about a week or so ago.  Checked Country and language settings and IP, all are correct.

I had the same issue awhile back and the only way to "fix" it is to have Spotify assist in rebuilding your user account.  I say fix with quotations as it's happening again even though I don't listen to any latino or ESP content.
