Opening Spotify on Windows 7 makes my screen go weird

Hey guys, I wanted to write this to talk about what happens when I open spotify. I linked the picture down below. This never used to happen but now every time I open the Spotify app, my screen goes all crazy on me. Weird colors and messed up sizes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times but it just does the same thing every time. I've been stuck using the Spotify web player which I hate because I can't add songs toa  queue. Any idea of what I can do to fix it?
