My Question or Issue

Whenever I open an album from the Friends tab, that album will automatically be played after around 30 seconds, even I left the album without playing/liking anything.

e.g., I have a friend who was listening to, I don't know, Starboy. If I click on the album name under their name in the Friends tab, and then just go back to another album page or the Home page, then after ~30 seconds, the album will suddenly start playing. This is the case even when I am actively streaming a song from a different album/artist/playlist altogether.

This is not the case if I just select an album from Search or My Library, or any particular artist's or person's profile. It's just the Friends tab that's the problem.

Hey @Michaelcappuccino,

Thanks for reaching out.

We were unable to replicate the behavior you mention, so we'd first suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you send a video or a screen recording where we can take a better look at what's going on? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share a link with the relevant permissions.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
