Randomly some users playlists will be shown not complete. Usually the playlist will only load one of the artists, and only one or two songs from the artist. This won't happen to all of the playlists of a single user, generally only one. This happens the first time you try loading one of these broken playlists, and the playlists stay that way. So far this has only happened to two playlists from two seprate users. I've confirmed from both that their playlists do have more songs/artists, they're just not showing up on my account. I've tried restarting my computer, using mobile, using web player, uninstalling, and logging out, all of which didn't work.
It could be that the songs that they have in their playlist are locally uploaded to Spotify. But just as a precaution, try logging out and relogging back into Spotify. This generally helps users resync their data back to Spotify Servers.
