Paid for premium but not getting any of it!

Hi.  After a short break, I've resubscribed for premium but it doesn't seem to be working on desktop or mobile.  I've logged out, uninstalled, reinstalled etc., to no avail.  My account shows as a premium account online as well as a recipt of payment.  Any ideas how to kick it into action?

Hey @tgmoon

 

Have you made sure that you're logging into the right account (with the username in your Spotify receipt)? :)

 

Other than that, I can recommend doing a clean reinstall of the Windows app:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.

 

For mobile I suggest uninstalling, restarting the device, and then reinstalling Spotify.

Thanks for the reply. Yup tried all that, both on desktop and phone with no
success, yet my account shows me as a fully paid subscriber!

I suggest getting in touch with Support so they can take a look backstage. :)
