Playback speed seems to be sped up on Desktop app

I've been listening to some songs I am VERY familiar with, and they seem to be playing much faster than they should be. Some sound just faster, but other, slower songs get distorted.

Can you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? 

It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be interfering with the app's performance.
 

In case the issue persists, it would be great if you send over a quick video where we can take a better look at this behavior. Please provide the links of the songs that you're talking about as this will be very helpful to our investigation as well.
