Podcast titles with apostrophes show html numeric code '

Using my desktop windows 7 spotify app, podcast titles with ' apostrpohes in the title seem to be displaying html numerical character ' instead of '. 

I don't see this issue with my iOS spotify app or with music albums, songs, playlists.  only see this issue with podcast titles on my desktop app.

As an example, I listen to a fairly popular podcast Your Mom's House podcast and noticed the issue this morning.  If this issue is already reported please disregard.  Thanks!

how did you resolve this? I am setting up my podcast name on macbook within podcasters.spotify and I want to use the symbol & in my name and it keeps save my name as &
