Problemas con el sonido en Windows, Plan Familiar

My Question or Issue

Desde hace mucho me viene pasando que, inclusive habiendo reinstalado la aplicación para Windows, cuando escucho música en la aplicación se escucha genial; el problema está cuando minimizo la misma y abro otra, entonces el sonido se escucha diferente, como casi sin graves, y en ocasiones se sube el volumen.

Por ejemplo, hace un rato tenía After Effects abierto (sin ningún sonido o video activo) y WhatsApp Web. Abro Spotify.. se escucha bien; abro After Effects y se escucha con muy pocos graves y más fuerte; abro WhatsApp y se escucha más despecio que antes... No entiendo qué puede estar pasando.

As you're mentioning a lot of different apps in your post, i'm having a hard time understanding if you think the source of you issue is Spotify ?

However, in the meanwhile try the following :

- Uninstall Spotify

- Update your Win system

- Update your audio drivers 

- Reinstall Spotify using this help page
