Question about version 1.1.54.592 gc0b20638

This is the latest version I received on my WIN 10 PC version. I am a premium user, and this is very frustrating not to be able to see the new feature with filters for my Favorites playlist. Same goes for my Android mobile app. Favorites show up but nothing on top of the list with filters.
