Queue from desktop doesn't sync to mobile; Songs playlist from mobile doesn't sync to desktop.

My Question or Issue

During the day I listen to Spotify on my phone, but have the Windows desktop app open to control what I'm listening to using the shared playback state.

When I add songs to queue on desktop, they don't ever end up on the mobile queue. Also, songs I "add to library" on mobile don't show up as saved on the desktop app. So there's a lot of state that isn't being shared. No clue how long this has been broken, but the realtime queue and the songs playlist used to be perfectly in sync.
