Quisiera un reembolso de un plan que se solicito por error

A pesar de que se cancele el plan el pago ya se efectuó y deseo un reembolso, no sé que hacer.

Thanks for posting this question in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Payments for a Premium subscription are made always one month in advance, so canceling the subscription after a successful payment will not initiate an automatic refund. Canceling a subscription will stop future charges after the cancellation date.
