Superuser Contribution Song gets stuck on certain parts repeats itself for few seconds

So basically the title around 6-7 secs songs will get stuck and will repeat the same part over and over 3-4 times and after that it streams normally why this could be happening? any ideas or solutions?

Remove Button Doesn't Actually Work

When I click 'Remove' on a song in a playlist and select 'I don't like X Artist', Spotify assures me they will not add songs from that artist when the playlist refreshes. Without fail the artist is there the following week with a different song.
