Sound blasterx ae5 and Spotify

Good morning. i installed a new sound card: sound blasterx ae5. The card works, with youtube, with videos, with everything, except with Spotify (use on pc with app). I get this message: Spotify cannot play this content. How to do? As I said the card is working. Any setting on the new card wrong? thank you all.

I think you're using to high of an bitrate setting, Spotify doesnt support to high for some reason..

I got the same card, and had this issue before
