Lost playlists in Microsoft World

Lost playlists in Microsoft World

Salutations:

I am a Premium member located in the US.

 

I have the spotifuggle installed on all my mobile devices.  I just downloaded the App for Windows on my laptop. Don't see any of my created playlists from my mobile devices, which are Android devices.  The laptop is Microsoft Windows 11 and the mobile devices are Androids, a Samsung S20+ 5G and Samsung Tab A Tablet (2020) and an HP with an Intel(R) Core(TM)**bleep** 1.80 GHz with 8MB of RAM.

Hey @kcoC1958,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community!

It's possible that on your laptop you've accidentally created a second (fresh) account for yourself and therefore your old music collection is not visible there. Check the advices we have for cases like this one in our FAQ page here. See if it will help you resolve this situation.
