Radio on other device but not on desktop app?

Apparently I can now use artist radio on android and start radio on web player but not on desktop app? Is this intended?

I'm on Spotify Thailand.

Checking on mine, I have to right-click the song and the option is called "Go to song radio" instead of "start radio".  I also have the option to look at other stations I've used in the left side column, second from the top.

There's no option on my Spotify App, Although It's show the radio I saved from my phone.

Spotify Thailand didn't have Radio since it launched here, so I wonder why is it that I suddenly can choose to listen to radio on both web player and Android but not on Windows.

Yeah, that's weird.  I wonder if Thailand has some weird regulations on radio licensing.  That's the only thing I can think of.  I can't imagine Spotify has different versions of the app for different countries, so the functionality should be there.  Must just be intentionally hidden for a reason like dumb licensing restrictions 😕
