Random device does not disconnect from my Spotify account after logging off ALL

So out of NOWHERE some random song started playing on my spotify. I stopped it. It continued playing. Suddenly I see that a new device is logged in named "PS4-239". So I changed password and after that I made "log off all" so all devices would log out of my account. Which succeeded for my computer and my smartphone.

But this mysterious PS4 keeps logged in. wth is this?
