Did not work for me. I cleared the sites cache on my browser and still I get the error that it cannot play what is available... the only **bleep** it plays is CNN??? I can play the songs on my phone... I have Premium... so what is the point if I cannot play it through the browser at work?

Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't us moving your post, as it will give us a better visual of the issue you're experiencing.

 

Just to confirm, does this only happen when using the Web Player on your work computer? Please note that sometimes work-related equipment may have some limitations due to internal company restrictions, which Spotify cannot influence, and these restrictions may affect the service's processing.

 

What you could try, however, is clearing both saved cache and cookies from your browser. You can also try opening the Web Player using a different browser or an incognito window.

 

Should the issue persist on another non-work related device, could you send us some more info on what's happening from your end when you're trying to play music? For example, are you seeing any specific error messages, or are you having issue playing only a specific podcast/playlist.
