Romanian lowercase letter „ț” is displayed with a cedilla instead of a comma

My Question or Issue

On the desktop version of Spotify, the lowercase „ț” has a cedilla instead of a comma. This is only for the lowercase letter, as uppercase „Ț” is displayed correctly. The current Romanian Dictionary (DOOM3) states that only the comma versions of ț and ș are correct.
