Saving offline songs

Hello I am using Spotify version 1.0.87.491.ge2a121fc (Windows Store version) PREMIUM. 

My problem is that my desktop app wont save playlist offline. It just says "waiting for connection" when in fact I have full and fast internet access. My computer has 60GB free space as well.

I hope someone might help me here.

Hope you’re doing great!

In this case, could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Sorry to sound like a broken record on this, but can we try harder than just giving customers the copy/ paste answers? Turn it on/off again? Try reinstalling it? Same answers for every issue! Imagine Adobe telling u to keep reinstalling a P.S. product that takes ages to take off and put back? They'd have zero customers! Try harder people!

Could you please provide me this information:

• Asking for more info about the Windows device. Model / software version?
• Does it require a software update?
• What connection type do they have?
• When did it start happening exactly?
