Search bar broken?

Is it just me och is the serach bar broken?

When I try to search it won't even try to load anything, just shows my recent searchs...

I tried re-installing, but that didn't help...

Windows 10 with the March update, and newest spotify app installed:  I agree, there is a new issue affecting many things.  The search box will lock up.  Tracks will not show the ... menu, and not even show the play button.  I close and restart, that helps sometimes.  Once I had to reboot the system, which is absolutely unacceptable.  Quite bizarre.  Issues show up within an hour of use, and have happened every day since I updated.
