Selected music interrupted constantly by deplorable Vietnamese (?) pop music

I use Spotify on my PC. I have been having this issue for about a month. At seemingly random intervals the music on my queue will stop and music that I have never heard of will begin playing. I have to close out of Spotify and begin again. Sometimes when I open Spotify it is queued to one of a handful of these artists I am unfamiliar with. How do I vanquish this inane mutiny immediately?
