Shuffle playlist in the desktop app is broken

Some o the songs in the shuffle playslist aren't there, in its place there a blank song with no name, no artist, no album, no nothing. And when the play list get to that song, spotify just stop playing completely.

As a first step, can you please check if the same thing happens when you disable "Show unplayable songs" in the app's settings?

Also, please let us know your device model, OS version and Spotify version.

I couldn't find the "Show unplayable songs" option.

My problem is specifically with the windows 10 desktop program, it works normally in the web app and with my android.

Thanks for the reply.

Could you share a link to the playlist so we can take a closer look? I'm guessing the playlist contains old placeholders for local files or removed songs, but that's just a guess. Have you tried copying the contents of the playlist to a new one?
