Some Podcasts won't play on desktop, only phone

My Question or Issue

I have the most up-to-date version of Spotify on my work computer, which is a Dell laptop hooked up to monitors through a docking station. Spotify on this laptop plays music and a majority of podcasts just fine. However, whenever I try to listen to Stuff You Should Know or any associated podcasts, no sound comes through. The clock is counting down as if it is playing but there is absolutely no sound.

If I switch to another podcast or music, the sound starts again. If I play the podcast Stuff You Should Know on my phone, it works fine. 

What the heck is going on?
