Some downloaded music cannot be played or are not shown when I am move abroad

My Question or Issue

I was in central America before the corona outbreak then comeback to Germany. Some songs (downloaded ones) or even artist or podcast I was followed there now that I am back in Germany, disappeared!! In the case of the playlists, it looks with the green logo as downloaded, but when I open the playlist there are no songs in.. How and why this happens?. I thought those files were properly stored in my devices.

Keep in mind that availability of content on Spotify can vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and right holders, such as artists or record labels. This might be the reason why some of your downloads won't play when you're abroad. 

The best way to check if a specific content is available in your current region of residence is to search for it within the app when connected to the Internet. If the content comes up, feel free to download it for offline listening as well.
