Songs adds itself automatically in the same playlist

My Question or Issue

Might be a wierd title but I'll try to break this down.

I have a playlist where I've got alot of rock songs. That's the only playlist that I've had problem with. If I'm listening to another playlist, those songs sometimes get added to my rock playlist without me noticing or doing anything. It adds itself automatically and randomly every day. This problem can also occur when im listening to the rock playlist, those songs im listening to, can delete itself and being readded to the playlist. 

What did i try to solve this problem?

Well i tried a couple of things.

• Delete Spotify completely
• Reinstalling mouse and keyboard drivers
• Using the Spotify Web Player 

None of this worked, might my playlist just be doomed?
