My Question or Issue

I've seen similar issues such as this that seem to be device related. But I am having the issue across all platforms. Ill be half way through a song and the song will skip. Onto the next song and it will skip again. Ive changed my password, logged out everywhere, rebooted the software and closed the software across devices. This happens on my work PC, my phone, and my home PC. 

This has been occuring at random for the past month. It is exceptionally frustrating today so I am here complaining. Any idea whats up?

It feels like someone is using my account despite resetting passwords. I noticed a few times the songs will stop and under devices on the bottom right it will say "Web Player (Chrome)" even though I am not using any web players. Then a random song I've never seen before will start playing. I just changed my password and logged out everywhere and this is still happening.
