Sootify playlist going to radio.

I keep trying to listen to my, over 14 hour playlist on shuffle mode, and after a couple hours it will just start playing radio instead of continueing with the actual playlist, i even have it downloaded ave it still happens.

This happens on both my phone add laptop when i try listening. can someone try to figure out why this is happening?
