Sount stuttering, unable to uninstall. I have just switched to premium

Hi

Today I have decided to try the Spotify premium. I paid, the software switched to premium and since than

- i am unable to listen to any music, any sound without stuttering.. If i want to listen to my mp3 files, with winamp it is also stuttering..

- to have an easy solution I wanted to quickly get rid of the whole thing.. I tried to uninstall spotify.  But every time I click on Uninstall i get the attached message "spotify has stopped working"..   I then click on "close the program" but nothing happens. Every time I do it again, I get the same message.

It was a bad idea to switch to premium? Now I can say that yes, definitely. Please help me.

I have windows 7..

Hey, @takacsmatto -

That's not cool! Try out softwares such as IObit Uninstaller; This can help you uninstall stubborn programs and utilities. Also you can force stop Spotify manually through the Task Manager- Right click on the taskbar, and click 'Task Manager.'

Tell me how it turns out 🙂

Hi

I have uninstalled it manually. BUT all my sounds are still stuttering. Spotify has changed some settings on the hardver devices that I cannot fins. it is really annoying!!

I ask the Spotifly crew to help me in this issue.. ASAP: where and what settings does spotify changes, when somebody upgrades to premium?

Thanks

Mate

Hey, @takacsmatto -

There could be a lot of reasons for stuttering audio sounds, try out the following steps below:

  1. A clean reinstall of Spotify through here.
  2. Update driver software- Unfortunately I don't have much information about your PC, so you can search the internet for how to update your driver software.
  3. Might be a problem with Bluetooth/Wireless headphones, unsync them and try again.

I'll be just waiting for your reply 🙂

Furthermore, I don't strongly suggest playing with the source codes- Yes, Spotify make changes in your account info and apps when you get Premium features, but it's very much likely a problem of other factors.
