Specific Song not showing in local files

I'm on premium and I have been since I created this account. I had this issue previously on my Windows 7 PC, and it seems to still be an issue on my Windows 10 PC. 

No matter what I do, I cannot get a certain mp3 file to show up in Local Files. It's tagged and I can see the metadata of the track perfectly fine in my file explorer, plays in Winamp and VLC as well. Also tried to move it to a different folder and add that as a local file folder to no avail. I even went as far as going to C:\Users\Me\Appdata\Roaming\Spotify\User\(random letters and numbers)\ and deleted the file there regarding local files which had fixed it for other people. Still nothing. 

I'm truly at a loss for what else to do at this point as reinstalling won't do anything. The file was on a portable hard drive, but after moving to my SSD in my PC I still have the issue. Please help.
