Spotify 1.0.62.508 Desktop Client update won't load

I've done a full reinstall of the current client mulitple times and the Spotify window comes up black with only File, Edit and View tabs and the ability to minimize or exit.

I've installed previous versions that work fine.

Fix your update, it's terrible business to roll out "updates" that aren't fully operational, without using some work around on the customer's end to be functional.

If anyone has a solution, I'd be glad to hear it!

what OS are you using?

do you have some addon (like equalify.me) installed? if so, try do uninstall those and run again. i had that exact same problem with equalify once. the addons most likely are not uninstalled with spotify, so you'd have to uninstall them seperately.
