Spotify Connect - Multiple Speakers/Devices

Hi there,

 

I am using Bowers&Wilkins Zeppelin wireless speaker with a premium account.

Problem is that music stops playing from time to time.. and than I have to restart the device or click few times on the play/pause (windows app) for it to resume playing on the speaker.. 

 I must mention there are no problems playing on two different samsung phones- the issue happens only with the wireless speaker. 

 

 

any ideas?

The same problem is happening with samsung, yamaha, sonos, ... speakers

Always the same problem with spotify connect: speakers suddenly stops playing, when you hit play again several songs won't start (you see 1-2 seconds play and then it stops again).

I contacted Spotify support for my samsung speakers, but still no solution.

I think there is a problem with the spotify connect servic (check also others threads on the forum).

The best thing to do is also contact spotify support so they understand they have a problem with Connect
