Spotify Desktop App Wont load August 2018

My Question or Issue

 I have tried all the reinstallations, etc, and I am creating this thread because it's so frustrating paying for a service that is not working, it's been at least three days trying to install this piece of music software.  Does installing itunes has anything to do with these issue?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. Do you get any error messages? Does it help if you try another network connection? If you can, please attach a screenshot of the issue you are having 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
