Spotify Freeze when using on desktop

Hello Community,

i have a premium account in France. I Use spotify with my desktop (windows10) or my mobile.

When i'm using spotify on my desktop, it freeze in a random way, sometimes 3 minutes after i opened it, sometimes 1 hour after....

I've notice in the task manager when it freeze that there is 3 or 4 spotify apps running in the same times...

I've already uninstall spotify but it didn't solve the problem.

Any idea of what is causing the freeze? The app is almost unusable.

I get freezes related to spotify some times as well, I think it's related to memory leaks. If you open the task manager you can see if the memory used by Spotify keeps increasing, and once the memory useage becomes too high it freeze the system (at least that's what seems to cause the freeze in my case).

I don't know what the best way to prevent the memory leak from occuring, and some times it won't exit properly when I exit the program manually, so I have to "end process" to prevent it from freezing up the system.
