Spotify Skipping intros?

Why is Hiphop Central skipping intros of songs? is there a setting to turn this off?

None of my other playlists are doing this.

I also have this issue on curated playlists. I've tried turning off "crossfade" and "gapless" but it still just tries to seamlessly fade between songs, which means I miss the first 30 seconds of a song, there doesn't seem to be a setting that can disable this.
