My Question or Issue
Spotify Web Browser Player on Win PC (not using an app) will not play any music file the playlist queue remains empty and play bar in web browser remains greyed out, web player does not play music files on both Chrome and Firefox Web Browsers, also using a PlayStation 4 and entire spotify playlist is blank on PS4 dashboard and when Spotify PS4 app is launched gives error message does not load playlists.

Sorry to hear about this.
I think there is a current issue at Spotify.
On my end the Web Player and TV apps aren't working at the moment and might be also affecting Connect.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
I see other people having similair issues it appears to be a online service is down, I will try back later and see if it works
