Spotify asks me to change country

Hello.

I'm having the following issue with Spotify desktop on windows 10.

My account was registered in US and worked there fine. Now I moved to Republic of Georgia and spotify won't allow me to login, saying the registration country and current country does not match. If I use VPN with US address, it works fine, but VPN is not a good choice. I decided to change country in account settings, but there's no choice - it is set on "US", and when I want to drop down menu to select other country, there are no other countries except US. 

What should I do?

Unfortunately, Spotify isn't currently available in Republic of Georgia;

Reibstalling Windows causes to ask you to input the "Locale" but you can  reset it without an install.I didn't know this:

Windows change locale

View the System Locale settings for Windows. Click Start, then Control Panel. Click Clock, Language and Region. Windows 10, Windows 8: Click Region. Click the Administrative tab. Under the Language for non-Unicode programs section, click Change system locale and select the desired language. Click OK. Restart the computer to apply the change.

The problem is, that I can't change my country setting in spotify. It is set to "US", and there are simply no other choices. 

Let me expain:

1. I have USA IP - spotify still shows only "US" in country list.

2. I have France IP - spotify still shows only "US" in country list.

3. I have Nederlands IP - spotify still shows only "US" in country list.

Why?

As far as I know, Spotify is available in these countries for sure.
