Spotify can't play this file right now.

Spotify can't play this file right now.

I have tried everything I've seen here: deleted the Library files, restarted the app, reinstalled the app. But when I tried to play on browser it works.

Windows 11.

I dont know how to import my files

Hi @BORISdog1!

 

Could you confirm that you've set the sampling rate of your PC to anywhere between 44.1 kHz and 192 kHz? Any sampling rate higher than 192 kHz would result in this error message. If possible, try changing the default output device to a different one to see if the issue persists there.

 

It's also worth checking your hosts file for any entries with Spotify and deleting them. You'll find a detailed guide on how to do that in this article.
