My Question or Issue

Spotify gives me the error message "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." whenever I try to play any song from any album on my laptop. I even tried downloading the software twice, but it's the same issue. Please help!

I have the same problem. Spotify is plagued with this problem recently, and support is giving the same old shpeal of uninstall, disable hardware acceleration etc.

I think Spotify engineers have no idea what is going on here.
