Spotify can't play this right now error. Unfixable

I have been a premium member for years but I'm about to stop subscribing. This error has been a plague on the windows app for years and every time it happens it takes way to long to fix. I try to reinstall, clear cache, and do anything that is marked as a solution but it never works. Fix the error or find a better way to do customer service. I'm sick of the lack of effort in an app that I pay for
