My Question or Issue

It happens way too often to keep ignoring this problem.

Every now and then when I start Spotiufy I'm getting "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it" error message when I try to listen to music. I have Premium subscription that I've been using for years, including today on my phone.

When the problem happens I seem to be unable to fix it by restarting the client. I close Spotify, make sure no process with Spotify* is left running and then start it up. It logs in automatically and shows the usual announcements and shows the status being online. However when I press Play on a song I'm getting the error, and if I double-click on a playlist then it quickly scrolls through the song like if they are 1ms long, until the last one would show the error.

At the same time I can watch Youtube and play games with sound.

EDIT: disabling hardware acceleration in the Advanced Settings restores the functionality. However, enabling it back broke the Spotify again. BUT!.. Then I connected USB headphones and disconnected back - Spotify got fixed!
