My Question or Issue

have this error at the top of the screen, spotify on my phone works as intended, if i go over to the pc i have this error, no sound, no spotify in my sound mixer at all, and if i select an album it just blitz through the lot of the songs really fast with out playing. ive tryed deleting the cache, the local files, driver, full reinstal.. twice ect nothing has worked.
